- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, and creamy dressing. Mix until the chicken is well-coated.
- Fold in the cherry tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, and fresh dill. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice each croissant in half horizontally. Spoon the amount you desire of chicken salad onto the bottom half of each croissant.
- Top with the other half of the croissant and serve immediately. Enjoy.
